  • The Nursery is a space that provides a quiet room for moms and their babies. This room gives an opportunity for both moms and babies to fellowship with one another while the older children are attending classes. A ‘Nursery Helper’ will be available to care for the little ones during the first hour, giving mothers the opportunity to attend the Moms’ Devo and Prayer. Moms will join their children in the Nursery after Moms’ Devo & Prayer.

  • The Primary Class provides a Montessori-inspired environment that guides and supports children in all areas of developmental learning through the implementation of a Biblically-based curriculum. The classroom includes several learning centers with hands-on activities that are specifically designed to:

    -Lengthen attention span -Strengthen ability to concentrate -Develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills -Control and coordination of movement -Phonics-based reading and writing awareness -Concrete math concepts -Geography -Hospitality

    Learning centers allow children to develop the fear of the Lord in daily life skills as they learn to care for themselves, care for others, and care for their classroom. These skills cultivate a love of learning and are the foundations for all future learning.

  • The Anatomy class takes both an academic and practical approach to teach children God’s unique design of the human body. This study includes the Musculoskeletal System, the Cardiovascular System, and the Respiratory System.

  • Classic Children’s Literature is foundational for inspiring a love of reading. The development of strong early language and literacy skills are honed when children experience written language read orally. Studies show that this is the foundation for later language and writing skills. Classic Literature instills timeless virtues and reading comprehension skills.

  • This form of story exploration and creative study cultivates a deeper understanding of the Word of God and changes the way we read the Bible and our ability to communicate it clearly. Researching the history, culture and times of men, women, and children within the Biblical text will bring the Word to life.

  • Biology is a high school transcript level course that provides the students with a strong background in the following areas: Scientific Method, Five-Kingdom Classification, Microscopy, Dissection, Ecosystems, Cellular Biology, Molecular and Mendelian Genetics and Apologetics. This is a full year course with classroom labs. The entire course is founded in the word of God.

  • This class is the scientific study of the origins of human society and social relationships. The students will be studying Genesis Chapters 1-11, along with Ken Ham’s curriculum, Foundations. They will be learning the importance of God’s hand in creation and how our world needs Jesus. The course will use modern events as the backdrop for the most important messages in life and the Biblical answers to today's most important issues.

  • The ‘Mom’s Devo and Prayer Time’ provides a space to slow down and spend some Mom-time together. A time in the Word of God, a bit of encouragement, and a Godly perspective always bring times of refreshing. Too often we forget Motherhood is a high call and a high privilege in the midst of our fatigued and busy lives. It is our prayer that this will be a time that will inspire you, encourage you, deepen your faith, and develop loving friendships.

  • The Study Hall provides a quiet room for the older children (13 years old and up) to study, while the younger children are in class. It is located in our library, which contains many resources to enhance their learning and also has a lending library to enjoy.

  • The Calvary Café provides a place for community lunch with CHSM families after the classes end. Lunchtime is Noon-1pm. Parents may also utilize the Café while their children are in class for personal work or fellowship. WiFi will be provided. Each family needs to bring their own lunch. Coffee and Tea will be provided. The Chapel Store will be open.

  • Take a trip around the world! The children will explore diverse countries and cultures while learning geography. They will be encouraged to see the world in a new way as they are challenged by true stories of missionaries, God’s Kingdom, and our part.

  • The Cultural Crafts Class will introduce the children to a wide range of creative and design activities while making things with one’s hands and skills. Paper, plant fibers, textiles, paint, and clay are just a few of the mediums that will be utilized for our crafting.

  • This class is an introduction to Media Technology. The students will gain experience in both audio and visual equipment. Sound Board audio training includes the fundamentals of equalizing sound for vocals and instruments, Sound System components and terminology. Visual training will introduce them to creating overhead projections of word presentation, video, and stage background. In addition, the basics of audio recording and editing will be presented.
